Nancy Yeo comes with a wealth of experience in real estate matters including property acquisition and divestment, development projects, commercial leasing, property financing, commercial and retail banking. She has advised on and handled some of the largest and most highly structured property transactions involving office buildings, retail malls, serviced apartments, residential and mixed developments and industrial properties.
Prior to starting her own practice, Nancy Yeo was a Partner in Messrs Naqiz & Partners where she headed the Real Estate and Property Practice Group. Prior to that, she had worked at Abraham Ooi & Partners, Jeyaratnam & Chong, Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong and Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill.
Nancy Yeo graduated with Bachelor of Laws from Bond University, Australia. She obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (C.L.P.) from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia in the year of 2005 and was later called to the Malaysian Bar in 2006.
